All content, designs, code, and materials created as part of our services remain the property of the customer upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. We retain the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted.
PRAJAPATI SAURABH VINUBHAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
